THE PEOPLE BEHIND THÉLA

Meet the people who make space for you.

Therapy is deeply personal. The person sitting across from you matters just as much as the approach they use.

At Théla, our clinicians bring different experiences, perspectives, and clinical interests, united by a commitment to thoughtful, compassionate care.

FINDING THE RIGHT FIT

Different people. Different approaches. A shared belief in you.

No two therapists work in exactly the same way, and no two clients arrive with the same needs.

We encourage you to explore our clinicians' backgrounds, areas of focus, and therapeutic approaches. A consultation can help you get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

CLINIC FOUNDER

Bonny

Psychotherapist · EMDR · Clinic Director

Bonny specializes in complex and co-occurring mental health presentations , particularly where personality disorders, neurodivergence, complex trauma (C-PTSD), attachment difficulties, and identity-related concerns intersect.

Her work recognizes that emotional, behavioural, and relational difficulties rarely exist in isolation. Experiences of trauma, neurodivergence, attachment, and longstanding protective patterns can influence one another in complex ways.

Drawing on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and nervous-system-informed and somatic approaches, Bonny offers integrative, trauma-informed psychotherapy tailored to each person's needs.

Her approach emphasizes understanding the deeper patterns beneath symptoms, exploring identity and attachment, strengthening emotional regulation, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
