Therapy for individuals, couples, and families — at every stage of life.

Not every kind of struggle is best addressed the same way. Sometimes the work is individual. Sometimes it involves two people, or an entire family. Sometimes it's shaped by age — a child, a teenager, an adult.

Below is an overview of who we work with and how. If you're not sure which fits, a free consultation is the easiest way to find out.

In-person sessions are available in Markham. Virtual sessions are available across Ontario, with some therapists also serving British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
