I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, capable, and caring — yet feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and collaborative. I walk alongside you as we unpack and explore what’s been weighing on you. Our work may be forward-looking, where we build practical tools that fit your life, or reflective, helping you understand how past experiences continue to shape your present.
My work is informed by trauma-informed therapy, EMDR-informed approaches, skills-based strategies for emotional regulation, and attachment- and relationship-focused therapy. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I adapt these approaches to support what feels most helpful and meaningful for you.
My Journey Begins
My journey into psychotherapy was shaped by years of working closely with individuals navigating emotional and relational challenges. These experiences taught me how deeply people long to be heard—without judgment or pressure to “fix” themselves.
Why You Matter
You do not need to be “broken” to deserve support.
You matter because your story matters. Your feelings, your fears, your hopes, and the parts of you that have been quiet for too long—all of them deserve space and care. You are not defined by what happened to you, how others have treated you, or the moments where you felt unseen. You matter simply because you exist, and your well-being is worth protecting.
In therapy, your voice, your pace, and your experience guide our work. You deserve a place where you can slow down, breathe, and explore who you are without judgment. You deserve support that honors your culture, your identity, and your lived experiences. And you deserve to feel safe enough to heal, grow, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way.
You matter because your healing matters—and you are worthy of the care, compassion, and understanding you may not have received before. My role is to walk alongside you, gently, as you build the life you want and rediscover the strength that has always been within you.
What a Session Looks Like
Sessions are paced carefully and collaboratively. Some days we may focus on coping and stabilization; other days, deeper processing may feel appropriate. You are never pushed to talk about anything before you’re ready.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I walk alongside you as we unpack and explore what’s been weighing on you, and over time, we build a personalized “toolbox” — so you know what to reach for in different situations rather than feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
With your permission and when it feels appropriate, I may gently invite you to consider another perspective. This is not about right or wrong, but about expanding understanding and creating more choice. I aim to support you with care and respect, offering guidance without judgment and never pushing beyond what feels safe or manageable for you.
